Well fed is a positive status effect that increases the player's damage and max health while they have at least 75 hunger/food.

The effect is +5% by default, but it can be increased using the Healthy diet talent and the Pot armor/Cooking Pot armor set bonuses.

Additionally, the hunger threshold can be reduced down to 50 using the Not so picky talent.
